Agpoint Returns Policy
At Agpoint Australia, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Australian Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

- Repair or replacement if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless otherwise agreed at our discretion. Please choose carefully and contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure about product compatibility or specifications.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
